摘 要:目的探讨中医院校护理本科学生自主学习现状,分析其影响因素,为挖掘中医药院校办学资源,培养中医护理人才提供理论和实践依据。方法采用自主学习能力量表和护生职业自我效能感量表对某中医院校在校护生868人进行调查,采用均值±标准差对量表进行现状描述,多元线性逐步回归分析影响自主学习能力的因素。结果中医院校护理本科学生自主学习能力和职业自我效能感总分分别为87.57±9.30分和87.10±10.31分;中医院校护理本科生自主学习能力得分3.13±0.33分高于全国常模得分3.10±0.35分(P<0.05),特别是自我管理能力高于全国常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);职业自我效能、搜集专业信息、班干部任职、年级、父母学历、兼职工作是影响自主学习能力的因素。结论中医院校护生自主学习能力得益于其自我管理能力,多种校内、校外因素影响其自主学习能力,除父母影响外,兼职工作、担任学生干部或解释其自我管理能力。基于以上调查,建议中医院校进一步推进自主学习课程,把学习的自由还给学生。Objective To discuss the current situation of autonomous learning ability of nursing undergraduates in traditional Chinese medicine universities,analyze its influencing factors,and provide theoretical and practical basis for tapping school-running resources of traditional Chinese medicine universities and cultivating traditional Chinese medicine nursing talents.Methods The autonomous learning ability scale and nursing students occupational self-efficacy scale were used to survey 868 nursing students in a universities of Chinese medicine.The mean±standard deviation was used to describe the current situation of the scale,and multiple linear regression analysis was used stepwise to analyze the factors that affected autonomous learning ability.Results The total scores of autonomous learning ability and professional self-efficacy of nursing undergraduates in traditional Chinese medicine university were 87.57±9.30 points and 87.10±10.31 points respectively.The score of 3.13±0.33 points for self-learning ability of nursing undergraduates in the traditional Chinese medicine university was higher than the score of 3.10±0.35 points for the national norm(P<0.05),especially the self-management ability was higher than the national norm,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study found that the occupational self-efficacy,collecting professional information,class leaders,grades,parents'education,and part-time work were factors that affected the autonomous learning ability.Conclusion The self-learning ability of nursing students in the traditional Chinese medicine universities benefited from their self-management ability.Various internal and external factors will affect their self-management ability.In addition to parental influence,part-time work and being a student leader can explain his self-management ability.Based on the above survey,it is suggested that traditional Chinese medicine universities should further promote independent learning courses and return the freedom of learning to students.
