改革开放后教师队伍建设目标演进——基于五次全国教育大会的视角

摘　　要：全国教育大会是不同时期党和国家教育方针的体现,学习中国共产党的发展史,学习改革开放后全国教育大会精神,可将改革开放后五次全国教育大会关于教师队伍建设目标的演进概括如下:从补充数量到关注质量、从稳定队伍到关注素质、从优化结构到高质量发展、从提升素质到均衡发展、从尊师重教到立德树人。目标的演进具有时代性、社会性、发展性,对当代教师队伍建设具有一定指导意义。The national education conference is the embodiment of the Party′s and the state′s education policy in different periods.Learning the development history of the Party and the spirit of the national education conference after the reform and opening up,it can be summarized that the evolution of the objectives of the five national education conferences on the construction of teachers′team after the reform and opening up as follows:from replenishing the quantity to paying attention to the quality,from stabilizing the team to paying attention to the cultural accomplishment,from optimizing the structure to high-quality development,from improving quality to balanced development,from respecting teachers and education to cultivating morality and talents.The evolution of the goal has the characteristics of the times,sociality and development,which has a certain guiding significance for the construction of contemporary teachers.
