摘　　要：目的了解海南省在校女大学生的性知识与性态度现况。方法选取2017年11月至2019年3月海南省内的2 584名在校女大学生作为研究对象,进行抽样调查。采用分层整群抽样的方法对海南省四类本科院校的女大学进行现况调查。结果海南省在校女大学生中有87.9%和92.4%认为有必要了解避孕和性知识;61.3%的女大学生对"性解放"观念表示赞成或无所谓;约70.0%的女大学生认为可以发生婚前性行为;59.9%的女大学生可包容未婚同居行为。结论海南省女大学生对性相关知识掌握程度较低,但对该方面知识的需求较大,同时这一群体的性态度较开放。Objective To investigate the situation of sexual knowledge and attitude of female college students in Hainan Province. Methods 2,584 female college students in Hainan province from November 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects for the survey. A stratified cluster sampling method was used to investigate the current situation of female students in four types of universities in Hainan Province. Results 87.9% and 92.4% of female college students in Hainan thought it was necessary to know about contraception and sex. 61.3% of female college students approve or indifferent to the concept of "sexual liberation". About 70% of female college students believe premarital sex is acceptable. 59.9% of female college students can tolerate unmarried cohabitation. Conclusions Female college students in Hainan have a low level of sexual knowledge, but they have a great demand for this knowledge, and their sexual attitude is open.
