摘  要:目的以《消化系统整合课程》为例探讨在以器官系统为中心(OBL)的医学整合课程教学模式中如何有机地融入传统病理生理学教学内容,以期为医学整合课程体系教学改革提供参考建议。方法我校为适应新时代医学高等教育的教学改革需要,以OBL开展整合课程教学改革,并设置了整合课程小班制改革班。与常规班比较,观察评价的指标主要有教师对以问题为导向教学法的评价、学生的消化系统整合课考试成绩、小班制课改班学生的问卷调查结果等。结果教师对学生PBL的评价在“主动积极思考和针对性发言、培养医学素养和提高综合能力”等方面评价有统计意义(P<0.05);小班制的课改班学生的消化系统整合课程考试成绩差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论以OBL的医学整合课程《消化系统整合课程》教学改革有利于提升学生综合应用所学知识分析和解决消化系统相关基础与临床问题的能力,且能在提高医学生综合素养的同时激起学习《消化系统整合课程》的兴趣,但对于应试能力的培养效果不明显。Objective To explore how to integrate traditional pathophysiology into integrated medical course based on the teaching model of Organ-System Based Learning(OBL)by taking Integrated Curriculum of Digestive System as an example,and to provide suggestion for the teaching reform of the integrated medical course system.Methods In order to meet the needs of the teaching reform of medical higher education in the new era,OBL was adopted to carry out the reform of integrated course teaching and set up the reform class of integrated course small-class system.Compared with regular classes,the indexes of observation and evaluation mainly include teachers’evaluation of problem-oriented teaching method,students’digestive system integration course examination results,and students’questionnaire results of small-class curriculum reform.Results Teachers’evaluation of PBL was statistically significant in terms of‘initiative,pertinence,cultivation of medical literacy and improvement of comprehensive ability’(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the digestive system integration test scores of the students in the small class and those in the regular class(P>0.05).Conclusion OBL integrated medical course the Integrated Curriculum of Digestive System teaching reform is beneficial to improve students’ability to analyze and solve problems related with digestive system both in basic science and in clinical by comprehensively applying what they have learned,and it can not only improve medical students’comprehensive quality,but also arouse their interest in learning Integrated Curriculum of Digestive System,but it has no obvious effect on the cultivation of test-taking ability.
