摘 要:数字孪生是一个旨在物理空间和虚拟空间之间建立实时映射的概念,反映产品在物理空间中隐藏而有价值的信息。针对矿用电铲结构安全难以进行实时监测和预警的难题,引入数字孪生的理念,提出了一种矿用电铲的形性一体化数字孪生方法,开发了相应的系统。构建了矿用电铲的数字孪生体,实现对矿用电铲结构安全的实时监测与预警。通过一台实验用矿用电铲为例验证了所提出方法的可行性。Digital twin is a concept that aims to establish real-time mapping between physical space and virtual space,reflecting the valuable information which hidden in physical space of products.Aiming at the difficulty of real-time monitoring and warning in advance for the structural safety of mine excavator,the concept of digital twin was introduced to solve the structural performance of mine excavator.A method of structural safety monitoring of mine excavator based on digital twin was proposed.And the corresponding system was developed.The real-time monitoring and early warning of the structural safety of the mine excavator were realized.The feasibility of the proposed digital twin structural performance monitoring of mine excavator method was verified by a case of small mine excavator for experiment.
