摘　　要：高校的培养模式与企业的需求只有无缝对接,才能培养出企业认可的学生。那么,在这种形式下,高校就必须与企业深度合作,采取有效的方法和手段,对人才培养方法进行探索,对实训室建设进行优化,寻找出最佳的人才培养方法的途径。Only when the training mode of universities and the needs of enterprises are seamlessly connected,can the students recognized by enterprises be cultivated.Then,under this form,colleges and universities must cooperate deeply with enterprises,adopt effective methods and means to explore talent training methods,optimize the construction of training rooms,and find the best talent training methods.
