正畸联合口腔修复治疗长期性缺牙的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨正畸联合口腔修复在长期性缺牙临床治疗中的应用效果。方法将94例长期性缺牙患者随机分为观察组(正畸联合口腔修复治疗)和对照组(口腔修复治疗)各47例,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的治疗有效率(95.74%vs. 72.34%)、满意度(93.62%vs. 70.21%)、美学功能评分[(9.06±1.54)分vs.(7.15±1.37)分]、咀嚼功能评分[(10.34±1.97)分vs.(8.61±1.54)分]、SF-36评分[(87.72±5.87)分vs.(80.21±5.06)分]相对更高(P <0.05)。结论在长期性缺牙的临床治疗中应用正畸联合口腔修复的治疗方法,能够获得良好的牙齿修复效果,改善患者的牙齿功能。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Orthodontics combined with prosthodontics in the treatment of long-term edentulous.Methods Ninety-four cases of long-term edentulous patients were randomly divided into observation group(orthodontic combined with prosthodontics)and control group(prosthodontics),47 cases in each group.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group was treated with effective rate(95.74%vs.72.34%),satisfaction(93.62%vs.70.21%),aesthetic function score[(9.06±1.54)points vs.(7.15±1.37)points],chewing function score[(10.34±1.97)points vs.(8.61±1.54)points],SF-36 score[(87.72±5.87)points vs.(80.21±5.06)points]were relatively higher(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of long-term edentulous,the application of orthodontics combined with prosthodontics can obtain good dental restoration effect and improve the tooth function of patients.
