高校来华留学生教育管理现状及对策研究——基于“一带一路”背景

摘　　要："一带一路"与高等教育区域对外开放的时代背景下,高校来华留学生,尤其是沿线国家来华留学生人数日益增多。我国留学生教育管理工作存在着起步晚、发展水平不高、管理机制不健全、师资力量不足、多项建设相对滞后等多种问题。因此,提高来华留学生教育管理水平、改善高校留学生教育管理现状是推动留学生了解中国社会、认知中国文化的前提与基础。应当从加快提供必要的政策支持与制度保障、构建成熟高效的管理体系、打造专业化教育管理队伍、加强文化与心理适应引导以及确立"趋同化"理念指导下的全方位、立体式教育管理模式等多个方面寻求对当前困境的突破。Under the background of“Belt and Road”as well as higher education’s opening to the outside world,the number of students abroad,especially of those who come from countries along the route is growing rapidly.There are many problems in the education and management of international students in China,such as the late start,low level of development,imperfect management mechanism,lack of teachers,lagging behind in many constructions and so on.Therefore,improving the education and management level and improving the current situation in colleges and universities are the premise and foundation to promote the international students to understand Chinese society and culture.We should strengthen the guidance of cultural and psychological adaptation and establish an all-round and three-dimensional educational management mode under the guidance of the concept of“convergence”.This is the new subject and challenge that universities are confronted with in the special era.
