摘　　要：水牛奶是广西特色奶源,广西是我国最大水牛奶生产省份,具有优良的区域位置和产业、科研基础,适宜奶水牛饲养。本文对我国水牛奶业发展趋势进行了概述,并分析了广西发展水牛奶产业的优势与劣势,提出可通过保证原料供应与质量,打造龙头企业、培养特色水牛奶品牌,加强产业规范,加强配套产业建设等多方面措施,大力发展水牛奶产业。Buffalo milk is the characteristic milk source of Guangxi.Guangxi is the largest province of buffalo milk production in China.It has excellent regional position and industrial and scientific research foundation.These advantages are suitable for dairy buffalo breeding and can hinder the development of competitors.Through ensuring the supply and quality of raw materials,building leading enterprises,cultivating characteristic brand of buffalo milk,strengthening industrial norms,strengthening the development of supporting industries,Guangxi can develop buffalo milk industry.
