摘　　要：家具企业规模发展迅猛,但相对而言企业生产物流比较滞后。对家具企业生产车间进行调研后发现,车间内存在管理模式缺乏合理性,定制产品的物资供应和物资质量差异难以保证,以及生产计划单一机械、排产协调能力不足等问题。因此企业需要在现代化管理模式的基础上转换生产和物流管理的结构,以改进目前生产存在的问题,从而提高生产能力,有效应对市场挑战。结合当前家具车间排产计划的特点,将生产准时制(JIT)模式引入企业生产物流管理中,能对企业优化生产过程和扩大生产效益产生正面影响,并给出实现JIT模式必须具备的要素,为企业运用新的生产物流模式提供了新思路。The size of furniture industry is developing rapidly,but in contrast,the furniture production logistics is relatively lagging behind.After the investigation at the workshops of the furniture enterprise,it was found that there were unreasonable management mode of workshop,hard to ensure the material supply and quality of customized products,simplified production plan and inadequate scheduling capacity.In order to meet market challenges,companies need to convert the management structure of production and logistics based on the modern management model so as to improve the production problems and capacity.Combining the characteristics of the current furniture production scheduling,the Just-in-time(JIT)mode was introduced into enterprise production logistics management,which has a positive impact on enterprise optimization production process and expanding production benefits.The required elements of implementing JIT mode were analyzed with an aim to provide new ideas for adopting new production logistics models in furniture enterprises.
