摘 要:酿酒酵母及其培养物含有多种营养物质。应用在动物生产中,酿酒酵母及其培养物能够提高其生产性能、免疫功能和抗氧化功能,促进肠道发育,调节肠道菌群,改善畜禽产品品质和缓解应激,从而提高养殖经济效益。应用于发酵饲料生产中,酿酒酵母及其培养物可以提高发酵品质。为寻找新型绿色抗生素替代品,文章研究酿酒酵母及其培养物的营养成分,探讨在动物生产和饲料生产中的应用效果,分析对养殖经济效益的影响,从而促进酿酒酵母及其培养物在畜禽生产中的合理应用。Saccharomyces cerevisiae and its culture contain a variety of nutrients.Used in livestock and poultry production,the Saccharomyces cerevisiae and its culture can improve production performance,immune function and antioxidant function,promote intestinal development,regulate intestinal flora,and improve the quality of livestock and poultry products and relieve stress,so as to improve the economic benefits of breeding.Used in the production of fermented feed,the Saccharomyces cerevisiae and its culture can improve fermentation quality.In order to find new green antibiotic substitutes,the paper studied the nutritional components of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and its culture,discussed its application effect in animal production and feed production,and analyzed its impact on the economic benefits of breeding,so as to promote the rational application of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and its culture in livestock and poultry production.
