摘　　要：江苏菜,又被称为苏菜,是有着超过2000年历史的中国八大菜系之一。苏菜的风味与地理位置紧密相关。位于中国东部的江苏省,也被称作“鱼米之乡”。此地农田肥沃,水域资源丰富。Jiangsu cuisine,also called Su cuisine,is one of the eight Chinese cuisines with over 2,000 years'history.The flavour of Jiangsu cuisine is closely related to the location.Located in eastern China,Jiangsu Province is also known as the"land of fish and rice".It is a place with fertile(富饶的)farmland and abundant(丰富的)lakes and rivers.
