摘　　要：龙口粉丝具有色白如玉、光亮透明、丝长条匀、一泡就软、润滑爽口的特点,被誉为"粉丝之王",是集部优、国优和国际食品"金桂"最高奖等荣誉于一身的民族品牌。招远是龙口粉丝的发源地和主产区,产量占全国总产量80%以上,有"银丝之乡"的美誉。2002年,中国农学会授予招远"中国粉丝之都"的称号。同年,龙口粉丝获国家原产地域保护.Zhaoyuan traditional vermicelli production technique became mature at the turn of the Ming Dynasty and the Qing Dynasty.Now it has a history of over four centuries.In 1800(the 5th year in the Reign of Jiaqing in the Qing Dynasty),Wang Guojun and his two brothers in Beilizhuang Village,Zhangxing Town,opened a vermicelli workshop with mung beans as the material,which has become the oldest well-preserved vermicelli workshop.In 1849,a businessman in Zhaoyuan named Xu Dengyong invested with others 1,000 liang(5,000 grams)of silver and opened Fuju Vermicelli Store in Zhaoyuan City.Later his clansman successively opened Jutaifu Vermicelli Store and Hongtaifu Vermicelli Stores and their branches.Xu’s vermicelli store purchased vermicelli produced in Zhaoyuan in large quantities and shipped all of them to Yantai before trading with businessmen from such places as Fujian and Guangdong and shipping them to Shanghai,Guangdong,Hongkong,and other places.
