摘  要:目的比较不同提取条件对毛诃子提取物多酚含量的影响。方法采用超声辅助溶剂萃取法,利用响应曲面试验和正交试验单因素考察乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间和提取功率对提取物中多酚含量影响,探索最佳提取工艺。结果乙醇浓度为主要因素,其次是提取时间,再次是料液比,而提取功率影响最小。乙醇55%、料液比1:38 (g/mL)、提取时间为12 min、提取功率为300 W时提取物中多酚含量达最高。结论本研究确定了毛诃子中多酚的提取工艺;响应曲面试验与正交试验相比更安全、可靠、精确。Objective To compare the effects of different extraction conditions on the content of polyphenols in Terminalia billirica extract. Methods The effects of ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction power on the content of polyphenols in the extracts were investigated by response surface test and orthogonal test. The optimal extraction process was explored. Results The concentration of ethanol was the main factor, followed by the extraction time, the ratio of solid to liquid, and the effect of extraction power was the least. The highest polyphenols content was obtained under the conditions of 55% ethanol, solid-liquid ratio of 1:38(g/mL), extraction time of 12 min and extraction power of 300 W. Conclusion The extraction process of polyphenols from Terminalia billirica is determined. The response surface test is safer, more reliable and more accurate than the orthogonal test.
