摘 要:以2000年至2019年间举办的民族教育学术会议为样本,分析我国民族教育学术会议的分布结构和民族教育学术交流的动态特征,并在客观分析各方面动态特征对学科发展的利弊两面性的基础上,提出民族教育学术交流科学聚焦的相关建议。从会议的分布结构上看,民族教育学术会议从时间上呈不均衡分布,总数逐渐增多,每年学术会议数量与国家政策背景以及连续性会议的时间跨度相关;非连续性会议和多类连续性会议在召开时间与聚焦主题上交互整合,共同推动民族教育学学科发展。从学术交流的连续性、重复性、创新性和他者导向性特征来看,民族教育学术交流在四个方面均有突出成就,并有长远发展空间。促进民族教育学术研究与交流的科学聚焦,各方研究与实践主体需整体规划与协调学术主题;需注重理论提升,充实民族教育学理论体系;需将跨学科研究与国际比较相结合。Taking the academic conferences on ethnic education held from 2000 to 2019 as samples,this study analyzes the distribution structure of the academic conferences on ethnic education and the dynamic characteristics of the academic exchanges on ethnic education in China. Based on the objective analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the dynamic characteristics of the discipline development,this paper proposes suggestions on the scientific focus of the academic exchanges on ethnic education. From the perspective of the distribution structure of the conferences,the academic conference of ethnic education is unevenly distributed in time,and the total number increases gradually,with the number of academic conferences per year being related to the national policy context and the duration of the continuing meetings. The discontinued conferences and the various types of continued conferences are integrated in both time and themes to promote the development of the subject of ethnic pedagogy. From the perspective of the continuity, repeatability,innovation and other-oriented characteristics of academic exchanges,academic exchanges in ethnic education have outstanding achievements in four aspects,but also enjoys room for long-term development. To promote the scientific focus of academic research and exchange of ethnic education,all parties need to make overall planning and coordinate academic themes;should pay attention to the promotion of theory,enrich the theoretical system of national pedagogy;and combine interdisciplinary research with international comparison.
