摘　　要：首尔市立大学是服务和代表首尔的高水平综合性大学。文章介绍首尔市立大学的办学定位及理念,内部治理体系的结构、职能及运营情况,在此基础上总结首尔市立大学内部治理的特点,阐述其对我国高校内部治理的启示。University of Seoul is a high-level comprehensive university serving and representing Seoul.This paper introduces the orientation and philosophy of University of Seoul,and the structure,function and operation of its internal governance system.On this basis,it summarizes the characteristics of the internal governance of University of Seoul and expounds its enlightenment to the internal governance of universities in China.
