摘  要:工学结合模式下高职学生软实力的提升与培养机制研究是当前新形势下高职院校重要的研究课题。高职院校在构建软实力培养机制的过程中,必须重点构建基于工学结合的高职学生软实力的动力机制、运行机制、保障机制以及创新机制。充分调动政府、企业、社会、学校和家庭的功能与影响力,构建符合新时代要求的、基于工学结合的高职学生软实力提升的培养机制。The research on the promotion and training mechanism of higher vocational college students’soft power under the mode of work-study combination is an important research topic in the current new situation.In the process of constructing the training mechanism of soft power,higher vocational colleges must focus on the dynamic mechanism,operation mechanism,guarantee mechanism and innovation mechanism of higher vocational students’soft power based on the combination of work and study.The functions and influence of the government,enterprises,society,schools and families should be fully mobilized to build a training mechanism which meets the requirements of the new era and is suitable for higher vocational colleges to enhance the soft power of their students based on the combination of work and study.
