摘 要:文中以某不锈钢点焊车体为研究对象,利用有限元仿真软件,对该车体进行静强度计算。分析计算结果,并基于超单元法和变密度法,对侧墙上直径为7 mm的焊点进行拓扑优化,分析优化结果并加以合理的人工改进。最终在静强度满足相关标准及技术条件的前提下,共去除侧墙冗余焊点977个,占侧墙焊点总数的10.5%,优化过程高效,优化结果显著,为日后不锈钢点焊车的焊点布局设计提供有益参考。Taking a stainless steel car body as the research object in this article,finite element simulation software was used to calculate the static strength of the car body. Based on the super-element method and the variable density method,the topology optimization on the 7 mm diameter welding spots of the side walls was carried out. Then the optimization result was improved manually. On the premise that the static strength met the relevant standards and technical conditions,977 redundant welding spots were removed. That accounted for 10.5% of the total number of welding spots on the side wall. The optimization process was efficient and the results were significant,which provided a beneficial reference for the layout design of solder joints in the future.
