摘 要:目的分析PBL教学方法在老年冠心病带教中的应用效果。方法选取2018年12月—2020年9月于该院老年心血管内科实习的实习生68名。纳入对象根据教学模式差异性分为研究组(n=34)、对比组(n=34)。对比组实习生实施常规带教,研究组实习生在对比组基础上开展PBL教学方法。对比观察两组出科成绩、工作能力。结果研究组实习生出科成绩优良率明显高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实习生分析能力、自学能力、专业技能、团队精神、沟通能力均高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学方法应用于老年冠心病带教中能够取得较为理想的带教效果,有效提高实习生出科成绩与工作能力,值得参考推广。Objective To analyze the effect of PBL teaching method in teaching elderly coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 68 interns were selected as interns in the Department of Geriatric Cardiology in the hospital from December 2018 to September 2020.The included subjects were divided into study group(n=34)and comparison group(n=34)according to the differences in teaching mode.Implementing conventional teaching for interns in the comparison group,interns in the study group developed PBL teaching methods on the basis of the comparison group.Compared and observed the grades and work ability of the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of interns in the study group was significantly higher than that in the comparison group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the analysis ability,self-study ability,professional skills,team spirit,and communication ability of the interns in the study group were higher than those in the comparison group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method in the teaching of elderly coronary heart disease can achieve a relatively ideal teaching effect,and effectively improve the performance and work ability of interns.It is worthy of reference and promotion.
