摘　　要：在北京市医耗联动综合改革落地的背景下,仪器设备的检验项目价格降低,而体外诊断试剂是检验项目开展中的消耗品,不能单独向患者收费,使得医院成本管控压力进一步增大。该文通过介绍北京协和医院试剂管理模式,建立供应商绩效评价体系,将考核结果应用于试剂供应商日常管理,提升体外诊断试剂的管理效率和效益,助力现代化医院的精细化管理。Under the background of the comprehensive reform of medical consumption linkage in Beijing,the price of inspection items of equipment has been reduced,and in-vitro diagnostic reagents are consumables in the development of inspection projects,and patients cannot be charged separately,which further increases the pressure on hospital cost control.This article introduces the reagent management model of Peking Union Medical College Hospital,establishes a supplier performance evaluation system,applies the assessment results to the daily management of reagent suppliers,improves the management efficiency and benefits of in vitro diagnostic reagents,and helps the refined management of modern hospitals.
