摘 要:对葡萄籽高聚原花青素进行电子束辐照,辐照总剂量设置为0、90、180、210、270、330、390 kGy,剂量率为30 kGy/s.对经过不同剂量电子束辐照后的高聚原花青素,用傅里叶红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪测定其结构的变化,用香草醛盐酸法测定其平均聚合度的变化.结果表明:辐照前后,高聚原花青素的结构没有明显改变;当电子束辐照剂量从0增加到330 kGy时,其平均聚合度从14.40降到9.10,继续增加剂量到390 kGy,其聚合度又升到11.10.The grape seed high polyproanthocyanidins were subjected to electron beam irradiation when the total irradiation dose was set to 0,90,180,210,270,330 and 390 kGy,and the dose rate was 30 kGy/s.The structure of the high polyproanthocyanidins after irradiation with different doses of electron beam was measured by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffractometry.The change of average degree of polymerization was determined by vanillin hydrochloric acid method.The results showed that the structure of the oligomeric proanthocyanidins did not change before and after irradiation.When the electron beam irradiation dose increased from 0 to 330 k Gy,the average degree of polymerization decreased from 14.40 to 9.10.When the dose was increased to 390 kGy,the degree of polymerization rose to 11.10.
