摘  要:目的调查军医大学生对于学习生活影响因素的看法,为有针对性的开展教育教学工作提供参考。方法自编问卷,于2018年6月调查某军医大学临床医学专业在校学员和毕业学员对学习生活积极影响因素的看法等,分别设置单选题和多选题,进行一般人口学因素的比较。结果多选题结果显示,毕业学员认为自己大学学习生活的积极影响因素依次为教员(69.1%)、同学(68.8%)、杰出代表(51.0%)、队干部(46.1%)、导师(35.6%)等;单选题结果显示,最积极的影响因素为队干部(97.4%);不同年龄段、毕业时间段的毕业学员观点比较差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=35.285、24.698;P=0.064、0.213),而不同性别、从事不同工作性质、不同职称的毕业学员观点比较差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=18.124、26.571、57.044;P<0.001)。多选题结果显示,在校学员认为自己大学学习生活的积极影响因素依次为教员(84.5%)、同学(74.7%)、队干部(60.2%)、杰出代表(52.0%)、导师(41.6%);单选题结果显示,最积极的影响因素为教员(43.6%),不同性别、学制、年级、入校方式的在校学员的观点比较差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=23.291、29.810、43.145、15.639;P<0.001)。结论毕业学员和在校学员对学习生活积极影响因素的看法基本一致,单选题和多选题的结果存在差异;不同群体的比较有利于掌握学员真实的心理状态。Objective To investigate the views of military medical college students and graduates on the factors affecting college study and life,and further to provide references for carrying out targeted education and teaching work.Methods Questionnaire was designed to investigate the views of students and graduates of clinical medicine major in a military medical university on the positive factors affecting their college study and life in June 2018.Single choice and multiple choice were set respectively to compare the general demographic factors.Results According to the results of multiple choice,graduates thought that the positive influence factors of college study and life were teachers(69.1%),classmates(68.8%),academicians outstanding representatives(51.0%),team leaders(46.1%),tutors(35.6%),etc.The results of single choice showed that the most positive factor was team cadre(97.4%).There was no significant difference in the views of graduates in different ages and graduation periods(χ^(2)=35.285,24.698;P=0.064,0.213),and there was statistically significant difference in the views of graduates with different genders,job nature and professional titles(χ^(2)=18.124,26.571,57.044;P<0.001).According to the results of multiple choice,students on campus thought the positive influence factors of college study and life were teachers(84.5%),classmates(74.7%),team leaders(60.2%),outstanding representatives(52.0%)and tutors(41.6%).The results of single choice showed that the most positive influence factor was the teacher(43.6%),and there were statistically significant differences in the views of students with different genders,length of schooling,grades and ways of enrollment(χ^(2)=23.291,29.810,43.145,15.639;P<0.001).Conclusion The views of the positive influence factors on college study and life are basically the same between the graduates and the students on campus;the results of single choice and multiple choice were different;the comparison of different groups is conducive to mastering the real psycho-logical state of stude
