摘　　要：邓小平留学思想是邓小平顺应历史发展趋势,把握时代发展脉搏,在个人长期的革命实践和深入思考的基础上,为谋求中国的改革开放和现代化发展,在留学教育工作方面形成的理论结晶,是历史、实践、开放和发展四重逻辑演变的必然结果。邓小平扩大派遣留学生的指示不但掀起了新时期中国的"留学潮",而且对中国与世界建立广泛的国际交流、开启中国的改革开放、培养社会主义建设人才,起到了不可估量的历史作用。邓小平的留学思想对于新时代继续深化改革、实施人才强国战略和实现中华民族伟大复兴具有重大的现实意义。Deng Xiaoping’s thought of sending students abroad is a theoretical crystallization formed on the basis of personal long-term revolutionary practice and deep thinking,with a purpose to support China’s reform,opening up and modernization;this thought is an inevitable result of the four logical evolution of history,practice,opening up and development.Deng Xiaoping’s instruction to send students abroad not only set off a"tide of sending students abroad"in China in the new period,but also played an immeasurable historical role in establishing extensive international exchanges between China and other countries of the world,opening up China’s reform and opening up,and cultivating talents for socialist construction.In-depth study of Deng Xiaoping’s thought of sending students abroad is of great practical significance for deepening the reform,implementing the strategy of strengthening the country with talents and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the new era.
