摘 要:以构建嵌入开孔阻尼层的弹性-黏弹性层合板阻尼性能代理模型从而加速阻尼优化过程为目标,分别应用摄动法和Morris方法分析层合板一阶模态阻尼比的参数灵敏度,筛选高敏感参数,并使用多项式响应面法对模型阻尼性能进行拟合,以构建代理模型;进一步预测新采样点层合板的模态阻尼比并计算其均方根误差,评价代理模型的代理性能。针对一嵌入开孔阻尼层的金属夹层板进行验证计算,结果表明:通过Morris方法灵敏度分析建立的代理模型在降低模型维数的同时,与采用摄动法筛选关键参数所建立的代理模型相比,具有更好的代理性能。This article aims to construct a surrogate model of the damping performance for the elastic-viscoelastic laminate with openings in the damping layer so as to speed up the damping optimization process.The perturbation method and Morris method are respectively used to analyze the parameter sensitivity of the first-order damping ratio of the laminate,and the relative insensitive parameters are filtered out from the surrogate model to obtain high sensitivity parameters.The polynomial response surface method is further used to fit the damping performance of the model.The surrogate model is then used to predict the new sampling point and the root mean square error is calculated to evaluate the surrogate performance of the model.Validation calculations for a metal sandwich plate with damping layer embedded show that the surrogate model established based on the Morris method can reduce the model dimension while maintaining better surrogate performance compared with the surrogate model based on the perturbation method.
