摘 要:通过试验研究锰铜阻尼合金板对管道壳壁宽频振动的缓解作用。采用锤击法进行模态试验,研究局部安装阻尼合金及不同安装方式对管道模态参数的影响。采用窄带正弦扫频的激振方法,开展安装阻尼合金前后管道壳壁振动响应和横向振动响应变化情况的验证试验。试验结果表明,局部全面积粘贴阻尼合金能显著提高管道的结构阻尼比,对管道壳壁共振和横向共振均具有显著的减振作用;而上下边缘焊接阻尼合金对壳壁共振的减振效果较为有限。该结果为管道宽频振动的局部缓解提供了可行方法,具有显著工程意义。Pipe vibration mitigation effect by applying Mn-Cu damping alloy plates is studied by testing method.Modal test was implemented by hammering method.The influence of different damping alloys and different installation types on the modal parameters of the pipelines is analyzed.The narrow-band sinusoidal sweeping excitation method is implemented to verify the vibration reduction effect on the shell wall and lateral vibration responses of the pipeline.Test results show that local full-area bonding of the damping alloy can significantly raise the damping ratio of the pipeline,and the shell wall and lateral acceleration vibration responses can be reduced dramatically at resonant frequency.While welding the damping alloy to the upper and lower edges of the pipe only has less vibration reduction effect for the shell-wall resonance.This research provides a practical method for local mitigation of pipe vibration at wide-band frequency,and has important engineering significance.
