摘  要:针对专业人才培养现状,结合企业实际需求特点,提出地方本科院校汽车类专业人才“校企双主体”培养模式,探讨了校企双主体培养模式中培养目标、方案制定、师资交流、理念协同问题,指出了确立企业人才培养主体地位、校企双向交流、产教深度融合、强化师资队伍建设是培养应用型创新人才的有效途径,具有非常重要的现实意义。According to the current situation of professional personnel training and the characteristics of the actual demand of enterprises,this paper puts forward the training mode of"school-enterprise double-main-body"for the talents of automobile specialty in local universities,this paper probes into the problems of training objective,scheme making,teachers commu-nication and idea coordination in the double-main-body training mode of school and enterprise,it is pointed out that the establishment of the principal position of enterprise talents training,the two-way communication between school and enterprise,the deep integration of production and teaching,and the strengthening of the construction of the teaching staff are the effective ways to cultivate the applied and innovative talents,which are of great practical significance.
