摘  要:城市新贫困的出现与社会转型、经济发展相互联系,在一定程度上解决城市新贫困问题是社会稳定的需要。本文在文化再生产理论的基础上分析了影子教育阻断城市新贫困代际的传导逻辑,进而基于2018年中国家庭追踪调查数据,使用统计描述的方法,描述了家庭背景不同的学生接受影子教育的差异,并使用有序Logistic回归分析了影子教育对学生学习成绩的影响。本文研究的结论是:虽然教育脱贫是一个相对漫长的进程,但是不能由于在现有的制度体系下影子教育一定程度上影响社会流动率就否认其积极作用,当下需要转变影子教育制度逻辑,变堵为疏,让校内外教育有序协同,同时采取照顾弱势群体的制度设计,达到削弱城市新贫困群体代际不平等传递的效果。The emergence of new urban poverty is interrelated with social transformation and economic development.To a certain extent,it is necessary to solve new urban poverty for the sake of social stability.This paper,based on the theory of cultural reproduction,analyzes the logic of shadow education blocking the intergenerational transmission of the new urban poverty,then uses statistical description to describe the differences in shadow education received by students from different family backgrounds based on the data from the 2018 Chinese Family Tracking Survey,and analyzes the impact of shadow education on students'academic performance with ordered logistic regression.This paper concludes that although poverty elimination through education is a relatively long process,the positive effect of shadow education cannot be denied just because it has caused a certain degree of class consolidation under the existing system.At the moment,it is necessary to change the institutional logic of shadow education,from blocking to loosening,so that education inside and outside the school can be coordinated in an orderly manner.At the same time,adopting an institutional design that takes care of the disadvantaged groups can weaken the inequality of intergenerational transmission among the new urban poor.
