新时代大学生健全人格的思想政治教育路径探析

摘　　要：大学生肩负着时代的重任,是未来社会的领导者、建设者和接班人。当代大学生的健全人格,应包括“两种意识”和“两种精神”。高校思想政治教育是培养大学生健全人格的关键环节。面对时代的新命题,目前高校思想政治教育工作应以心理健康教育为基础,以专业的思想政治教师队伍为保障,以优质的校园文化为载体,多位一体地构建特色鲜明的思想政治教育阵地。College students shoulder important tasks of the times.They are the leaders,builders and successors of future society.The sound personality of contemporary college students should include"two consciousnesses"and"two spirits".Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is a key to cultivating a sound personality of college students.Facing the new propositions of the times,the current idea of ideological and political education in colleges and universities includes the following elements.Firstly,it should be based on the education of mental health.Secondly,the construction of professional ideological and political teachers is a safeguard factor.Moreover,the creation of a high-quality campus cultural atmosphere is the carrier.All these elements together can thereby build a distinctive ideological and political education position.
