摘　　要：攻螺纹是钳工金属切削中的重要内容之一,包括划线、钻孔等环节。螺纹的加工质量会直接影响零件的装配质量。在基本钳工实训教学当中,手工攻螺纹是初学者必需掌握的操作技能,所以钳工实训教学非常重视攻螺纹各环节的教学效果。因此,对钳工实训教学过程中初学者学习手工攻螺纹时存在的问题进行具体分析并提出改进措施,使初学者能快速掌握手工攻螺纹的方法与技巧,保证螺纹的加工质量。Tapping is one of the important contents in metal cutting of fitter,including marking,drilling,tapping and so on.The processing quality of thread directly affects the assembly quality of parts.In the basic fitter training teaching,manual tapping is a necessary operation skill for beginners,so fitter training teaching attaches great importance to the teaching effect of each link of tapping.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the learning of manual tapping for beginners in the process of fitter training teaching,and puts forward improvement measures,so that beginners can quickly master the methods and skills of manual tapping,and ensure the processing quality of thread.
