摘  要:目的探讨微课联合PBL教学方法在神经病学的实习教学中的效果。方法选择2019年2月——2020年1月期间在神经内科实习的同学60人作为研究对象,按学号随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30人,试验组采用微课联合PBL教学法进行教学,对照组采用传统带教法,比较两组带教效果和满意度。结果试验组的技能操作成绩、理论知识和病例分析能力成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学满意度试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经内科实习教学中,微课联合PBL教学法优于传统教学法,可以提高实习同学技能操作和实践的能力和成绩,同时提高实习同学对临床带教工作的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of Micro-lecture combined with PBL teaching method in Intern of Neurology department.Methods From February 2019 to January 2020,60 interns who studied in Neurology department were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 interns in each group.The experimental group was taught with Micro-lecture combined with PBL teaching method,while the control group was taught with traditional teaching method.The teaching effects and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The results of skill practice test,written test and ability of case analysis in experimental group were higher than those of control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Micro-lecture combined with PBL teaching method is superior to traditional teaching method in neurology department intern teaching.The new teaching method can improve their test result and ability of skill practice.
