高职院校人文素养教育与专业教学有效融合路径研究

摘　　要：为了满足新时代发展和社会进步的需要,高职教育需要强化人文素质的培养力度,将人文素养教育与专业技能培养有机融合是实现上述目的的核心任务。通过对当前人文素养教育在职业院校课程体系中的现状分析,二者融合的主要路径有提升教育理念、优化课堂教学模式、构建全新课程体系、提升教师人文素养、多元化考核评价模式等。In order to meet the needs of the new era and social progress,higher vocational education needs to strengthen the cultivation of humanistic quality,and the organic integration of humanistic quality education and professional skills training is the core task to achieve the above purpose.Through the analysis of the current situation of humanistic quality education in the curriculum system of vocational colleges,the main ways to integrate the two are to improve the education concept,optimize the classroom teaching mode,build a new curriculum system,improve teachers'humanistic quality,diversified assessment and evaluation mode,etc.
