基于“大思政”教育资源视域下高校培育新时代“四有新人”有效路径研究——以湖南电气职院实践探索为例

摘　　要：紧扣“三全育人”综合改革要求,立足于“大思政”教育资源视角,积极探索和尝试育人新路径、新方法、新载体,推进新时代“四有新人”培育工作。具体有效路径是:开展实证调研,避免教学“目中无人”;抓好顶层设计,构建“大思政”育人格局;加强队伍建设,着力“素质提升”工程;促进要素协同,打造“特色课堂”品牌。Following the requirements of the comprehensive reform of“Three All-round Education”and based on the perspective of great ideological and political education resources,we should actively explore and try new ways,methods and carriers of educating people,and promote the cultivation of new generation with“Four Qualifications”in the new era.The specific effective path is:to carry out empirical research,to avoid teaching defiant;grasp the top-level design and construct the pattern of great ideological and political education;strengthen team building and focus on quality improvement project;promote the coordination of elements and create the brand of characteristic classroom.
