材料类本科生“毕业论文(设计)四年一贯制”过程管理体系的探索与实践

摘　　要：在高校建设新工科的背景下,郑州航空工业管理学院材料类专业实施了“毕业论文(设计)四年一贯制”改革,毕业论文质量和毕业生科研创新能力逐年提高。文章提出了“毕业论文(设计)四年一贯制”过程管理体系,主要包括选题管理、开题管理、中期管理、答辩与成绩管理四大模块。实践表明:该体系有利于导师因材施教,有利于提高毕业生质量,有利于“毕业论文(设计)四年一贯制”的复制推广。Under the background of the construction of new engineering courses in colleges and universities,the reform of"four-year-graduation-thesis(design)system"is implemented in Zhengzhou University of Aeronautic.The quality of graduation thesis and the scientific research and innovation ability of graduates have been improved year by year.This paper puts forward the process management system of"four-year-graduation-thesis(design)system",which mainly includes four modules:topic selection management,opening report management,mid-term management,thesis reply and score management.The practical results show that the process management system is conducive to tutors teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,to improving the quality of graduates,and to the replication and promotion of the"four-year-graduation-thesis(design)system".
