摘　　要：新生适应性教育成为高职院校教育教学的重要组成部分,贫困新生适应性教育是其中突出的一个方面。文章从心理资本理论出发,诠释心理资本与适应性教育的内在联系,分析高职贫困新生的现状、特点,探索其适应性教育方法、策略,总结其积极作用和意义,希望能为增强高职院校贫困新生的适应能力,提高心理资本水平、可持续发展能力,以及完善高职院校适应性教育和思想政治教育工作提供一些参考建议。Adaptability education for freshmen has become an important part of education and teaching in higher vocational colleges.And adaptability education for impoverished freshmen is one of its outstanding aspects.This paper embarks from the positive psychological capital theory,explains the internal relation of the two terms,analyzes the present situation and characteristics of the students,explores the methods and strategies of adaptability education,and summarizes the positive role and significance.The researcher hopes to provide suggestion on improving the students'adaptability,ability of psychological capital and personal sustainable development.Furthermore,the researcher hopes to perfect the adaptability education,ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.
