摘　　要：面对当前严峻的就业形势,高等学校也要转变其培养模式以适应社会的需求,法学专业是实践性较强的专业,就业岗位对学生的实践能力要求相对较高,通过订单制培养模式的转变,可以更好地将企业与学生联系起来,满足企业需求的同时,也缓解了学生的就业压力。本文从订单制培养的意义入手,讨论高校订单制培养面临的一些问题,并给出相关完善建议,以期对订单制培养模式提出有利性建议。Facing the current serious employment form,the institutions of higher learning should also change its training mode in order to adapt to the demand of the society.The law is a highly practical major,so jobs for the students’practical ability requirements are relatively high.By order-to-order training model order of cultivating system transformation,colleges can better link enterprise and the students,meet the demand of enterprises at the same time,as well as ease the students’employment pressure.Starting from the significance of order-making training,this paper discusses some problems faced by order-making training in colleges and universities,and gives some suggestions for improving order-making training,so as to put forward some beneficial suggestions for order-making training mode.
