摘　　要：文章从内蒙古工科院校辅导员队伍建设的现状出发,在问卷调查的基础上论证少数民族地区高校辅导员科研能力提升的必要性,对内蒙古工科院校辅导员科研能力现状做出科学分析,并提出了内蒙古工科院校辅导员科研能力的提升路径。Starting from the current situation of counselor team construction in Inner Mongolia engineering colleges and universities,based on the questionnaire survey,this paper demonstrates the necessity of improving the scientific research ability of college counselors in minority areas,and makes a scientific analysis of the current situation of the scientific research ability of counselors in Inner Mongolia engineering colleges and universities,trying to put forward the path and countermeasures to improve the scientific research ability of counselors in Inner Mongolia engineering colleges and universities.
