摘 要:目的:探讨吸入性过敏原和食物过敏原血清特异性IgE与结直肠息肉形成的相关性。方法:2020年1-11月收治结直肠息肉患者80例,作为观察组;另选择健康体检者80例,作为对照组。两组均取血液样本,行吸入性过敏原和食物过敏原血清特异性IgE抗体检测。比较两组IgE抗体阳性率;比较观察组不同部位结直肠息肉患者的IgE抗体阳性率。结果:观察组尘螨、狗毛等吸入性过敏原血清特异性IgE抗体阳性率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组鸡蛋白、牛奶、虾、蟹等食物过敏原血清特异性IgE抗体阳性率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同部位结直肠息肉患者的IgE抗体阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:结直肠息肉形成与吸入性过敏原尘螨、狗毛及食物过敏原鸡蛋白、海鲜等有明显相关性,与发生位置无相关性,研究价值较高。Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum specific IgE of inhaled allergens and food allergens and colorectal polyps.Methods:From January to November 2020,80 patients with colorectal polyps were selected as the observation group.Another 80 healthy people were selected as the control group.Blood samples were taken from both groups for detection of serum specific IgE antibodies to inhaled allergens and food allergens.We compared the positive rate of IgE antibody between the two groups.We compared the positive rate of IgE antibody in patients with colorectal polyps in different parts of the observation group.Results:In the observation group,the positive rates of serum specific IgE antibodies against dust mites,dog hair and other inhalation allergens were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the positive rates of serum specific IgE antibodies against egg white,milk,shrimp,crab and other food allergens were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive rate of IgE antibody among patients with colorectal polyps at different sites(P>0.05).Conclusion:The formation of colorectal polyps is significantly correlated with inhaled allergens such as dust mites,dog hair,food allergens such as chicken protein and seafood,it has no correlation with the location of occurrence,and its research value is high.
