多维度培养教育英语专业人才的路径建构

摘　　要：传统专业人才路径的建构方法,存在人才培养教育与市场需求相脱节的问题,为此文章提出多维度培养教育英语专业人才路径建构方法。在此基础上提出源领域和目标领域的人才培养路径自变量因素变化模型,在相关性分析方法下建立培养教育英语专业人才路径。实验研究结果表明,所设计的人才的路径建构方法使大学生成绩提高明显,通过大学生的英语专业知识导向,可以达到提高英语教育培养人才运营管理效率的目的,使人才培养教育与市场需求相关联。The traditional path construction method of professional talents has the problem that talent training education is out of line with market demand.Therefore,this paper proposes a multi-dimensional path construction method for cultivating Educational English professional talents.On this basis,this paper puts forward the independent variable factor change model of talent cultivation path in the source field and the target field,and establishes the training path of Educational English major under the correlation analysis method.The experimental results show that the designed talent path construction method can significantly improve the performance of college students.Through the guidance of College Students'English professional knowledge,we can achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of the operation and management of English education cultivating talents,and make the talent training education related to market demand.
