摘  要:人才培养方案是本科人才培养的纲领性文件,通过文献研究,回顾9所开设中西医临床医学本科专业高校的人才培养方案,全面剖析各校中西医临床医学专业的人才培养目标和要求,分析中西医结合人才的培养特点,对其人才培养目标与要求、课程设置、学时学分、临床实习等环节进行文本对比分析,探讨中西医临床医学人才培养规格及现状,发现中西医临床医学专业存在人才培养目标和定位模糊、课程结构不合理、实践教学资源不足等问题,进而提出中西医结合医学教育建议。The talent training scheme is a programmatic document for undergraduate talent training.This article reviews the talent training schemes of 9 colleges with clinical medicine majors of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for undergraduates through literature collection,research interviews,etc.It comprehensively analyzes the training goals,requirements and characteristics of talents training for clinical medicine majors of Chinese and Western Medicine in various schools.The research conducts text comparative analysis of its personnel training goals,requirements,curriculum settings,class hours,credits,clinical practice,etc.It then explores the training specifications and current situation of this major.Problems are listed as unclear training objectives and positioning,unreasonable curriculum structure,and insufficient practical teaching resources.At last,the paper puts forward suggestions for integrated Chinese and Western Medicine education.
