国外非自杀性自伤表露行为的研究进展

摘　　要：通过对近年来国外非自杀性自伤表露的功能、行为特征和阻碍因素进行文献综述,结果发现非自杀性自伤表露具有获得支持和帮助、群体认可、情感宣泄等作用。阻碍非自杀性自伤表露的外部因素有社会公众对非自杀性自伤的污名化,人际关系影响,消极反馈等,内部因素包括病耻感以及个体对非自杀性自伤行为的态度等。未来,可基于我国本土文化,开发非自杀性自伤表露的评估量表,并对非自杀性自伤表露的本土特征、功能和阻碍因素开展研究。Based on the literature review of the function,behavior characteristics and obstructive factor of non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI)disclosure in recent years,this study find the results show that NSSI disclosure has the functions of gaining support and help,group recognition and emotional catharsis.External factors that hinder NSSI disclosure include stigmatization,interpersonal influence,negative feedback,etc.,and internal factors include stigma and individual attitude towards NSSI.Based on China's native culture,future research could focus on NSSI disclosure assessment scale,and on local characteristics,functions and obstructive factors.
