摘 要:遗传多样性评价是茶树种质资源鉴定和新品种选育的重要内容。本研究采用筛选的9对SSR引物对17份江西赣东北茶树种质资源进行了遗传多样性分析,结果表明:9对SSR标记在17个品种中共检测到32个等位基因,平均每个标记3.56个,PIC和遗传多样性指数平均值分别为0.54和1.07,参试品种的Nei's遗传距离(D)在0.14~0.78;当D=0.19时,可将17个茶树品种聚为4类,江西赣东北茶树种质资源遗传多样性丰富。本研究结果为江西省茶树优良地方品种的开发利用提供参考。The evaluation of genetic diversity is an important content in the identification of germplasm resources and the breeding of new varieties of tea plant.The genetic diversity of 17 tea germplasm resources from the northeast of Jiangxi were analyzed by using 9 pairs of SSR primers.The results showed that total 32 alleles were detected in 17 varieties by using 9 pairs of SSR markers,with an average of 3.56 alleles per marker;the average values of PIC and genetic diversity index were 0.54 and 1.07 respectively.The Nei's genetic distance(D)of tested varieties ranged from 0.14 to 0.78,when D=0.19,the 17 tea varieties could be clustered into four groups,and the genetic diversity of tea germplasm resources in Northeast Jiangxi was rich.The results of this study provide a reference for the development and utilization of excellent local tea varieties in Jiangxi Province.
