摘  要:交往礼仪是个体交往能力的外在表征,同时也是个体素质的综合体现.交往礼仪行为的发展可以帮助儿童形成正确的自我认知,形塑儿童的行为和价值观念,优化儿童的交往过程和交往环境,使其获得更为全面的发展.儿童交往礼仪行为的发展具有过程性、外在规制性、综合性等特点.为促进儿童交往礼仪行为的发展,幼儿园应创设良好的交往环境,建构系统的礼仪教育课程,强化儿童交往礼仪的行为实践,促使儿童将外在的交往规则和交往仪式内化为自身的认知、情感与信念,主动遵循交往礼仪.Communication etiquette is the external representation of individual communication ability as well as the comprehensive embodiment of individual quality. The development of preschool children ’s communication etiquette behavior is an important way to shape children ’s behavior quality, expand children’s cognition, develop children’s morality and cultivate children’s spirit. The development of preschool children’s communication etiquette behavior has the characteristics of process,external regulation and comprehensiveness. The development of children’s communication etiquette behavior depends on good communication environment. Kindergarten should design specific etiquette education to promote the development of children’s communication etiquette, and strengthen children’s communicative behavior practice to impel them to internalize the external rules and rituals of communication into their own cognition,emotion and belief.
