摘  要:基于前期二氢杨梅素(Dihydromyricetin,DMY)提高冷榨火麻油保质期的研究,对DMY进行了酯化修饰以及修饰后产物对火麻油的抗氧化性研究。研究结果表明在火麻油中添加0.05%的DMY亚油酸酯(乙醇纯化)可使火麻油在冷藏条件下保质期达到65个月,室温下(25℃)的保质期达到15个月。添加0.05%DMY亚油酸酯(石油醚纯化)可使火麻油在冷藏条件下保质期达到89个月,室温下的保质期达到20个月,实现了使火麻油能在常温下长期保存的目的。This experimentimproved the shelf life of cold-pressed Cannbis oilbased on the previous study of dihydromyricetin(Dihydromyricetin,abbreviated as DMY).The esterification modification of DMY and the antioxidant activity of the modified product to Cannbis oil were studied in this experiment.The research results indicatedthat adding 0.05%DMY linoleate(purified by ethanol)can make the shelf life of Cannbis oil reach 65 months under refrigeration and 15 months at room temperature(25℃);adding 0.05%DMY linoleate(purified by petroleum ether)can make the shelf life of Cannbis oil reach 89 months under refrigeration and 20 months at room temperature,so as to achieve the purpose of long-term preservation of Cannbis oil at room temperature.
