摘　　要：在ICT产业迅猛发展背景下,运营商、设备供应商及维护优化服务商都急需大量优质通信工程建设、维护、优化等技术人才。苏州市职业大学通信技术专业在行业发展的新形势下,通过深层产教融合,对校企协同育人培养方案的制订和实施进行了探索与实践。Under the background of rapid development of ICT industry,service providers,equipment suppliers and maintenance opti-mization service providers are in urgent need of a large number of talents with high-quality communication engineering construc-tion,maintenance or optimization technology.Under the new situation of industry development,the communication technology spe-cialty of Suzhou Vocational University explores and practices the formulation and implementation of school enterprise collaborative education and training program through deep integration of production and education.
