摘 要:学习品质是重要的研究领域,对儿童终身学习以及适应学习型社会具有非常重要的价值。发展适宜性教育视域下我国儿童学习品质培养过程存在着重目标达成轻安全氛围营造、重言语说教轻儿童参与体验、重师生互动轻同伴交往学习、重严格规划轻儿童自主选择、重主流文化轻多元文化背景的问题。教育者应该营造安全的学习氛围、鼓励儿童参与式学习、注重同伴交往学习、培养儿童自主学习、重视多元文化学习的适宜性教育手段来培养儿童学习品质。Learning quality is an important research field,which has very important value for children’s lifelong learning and adapting to a learning society.From the perspective of developmental suitability education,there are some problems in the process of cultivating children’s learning quality in China,such as focusing on goals achievement,neglecting the creation of a safe atmosphere,emphasizing verbal preaching,neglecting children’s participation experience,emphasizing teacher-student interaction,neglecting peer communication and learning,emphasizing strict planning,neglecting children’s independent choice,emphasizing mainstream culture and neglecting multicultural background.Educators should create a safe learning atmosphere,encourage children to participate in learning,focus on peer-to-peer learning,cultivate children’s self-directed learning,and value multicultural learning,so as to cultivate children’s learning qualities.
