基于现代学徒制的高职教育实践教学构建——以无锡开放大学数字媒体艺术设计专业为例

摘　　要：通过剖析当前高职教育实践教学的现状,提出在现代学徒制培养模式下可采用校企共同制定人才培养方案、共同开发实践教学标准和教材、共同参与教学、共同组织考核评价等措施,重新构建实践教学体系,并提出构建实践教学需要的保障措施,以保证现代学徒制下的实践教学能切实发挥高职教育的优势,培养符合行业需要的实践性人才。Practical teaching is an important part of higher vocational education.Through analyzing the current status of practical teaching in higher vocational education,the article proposes that under the modern apprenticeship training model,schools and enterprises can jointly develop talent training programs,develop practical teaching standards and teaching materials,participate in teaching,organize assessments and evaluation,and re-construct the practical teaching system.It also puts forward the safeguard measures for the construction of practical teaching,so as to ensure that practical teaching under the modern apprenticeship system can give full play to the advantages of higher vocational education and cultivate practical talents to meet the needs of the industry.
