摘 要:骨髓形态学是一门实践性较强的学科,既不能通过先进的检验仪器替代骨髓细胞的形态学观察,又不能通过肉眼直接观察骨髓细胞的形态特点和发育规律,所以,骨髓形态学是临床实习带教过程中教与学的难点。案例教学法是近年来我国高等院校教学改革的发展趋势之一,该方法将真实案例引入教学过程中,病例的导入可以帮助学生深刻理解骨髓细胞的形态,使得抽象的理论知识形象化,调动学生的学习兴趣,还可以培养学生独立思考和解决问题的能力,从而提高学生临床实践的能力。本文通过分析案例教学法引入骨髓形态学的教学意义和实施过程,浅谈基于微信平台的新型案例教学法在骨髓形态学实习带教中实践体会。Bone marrow morphology is a practical subject.It can not replace the morphological observation of bone marrow cells with advanced testing instruments,nor can we directly observe the morphological characteristics and development rules of bone marrow cells by naked eyes.Therefore,bone marrow morphology is the difficulty of teaching and learning in the process of clinical practice teaching.Case teaching method is one of the development trends of teaching reform in China's colleges and universities in recent years.This method introduces real cases into the teaching process.The introduction of cases can help students deeply understand the morphology of bone marrow cells,visualize the abstract theoretical knowledge,mobilize students'interest in learning,and cultivate their ability to think independently and solve problems,so as to improve their clinical practice Bed practice ability.This paper analyzes the teaching significance and implementation process of introducing case teaching method into bone marrow morphology,and discusses the practical experience of new case teaching method based on WeChat platform in practice teaching of bone marrow morphology.
