摘　　要：生物触媒是一种绿色环保的水处理剂,具有提高活性污泥法水处理系统去污效能、减少水处理和污泥脱水过程中臭气产生和污泥产率的作用,进而有助于降低系统运行综合成本。为验证生物触媒在白酒酿造废水处理中的应用效果,在小试装置上进行了试验研究,试验重点考查了生物触媒是否会对污泥活性造成负面影响以及小试系统投加生物触媒后在污泥减量和去污效能改善等方面的效果,试验结果可为生物触媒后续在现场的工程应用以及今后在白酒工业废水处理中的推广提供借鉴和参考。Biocatalyst is an environmentally friendly water treatment agent, which can improve the decontamination efficiency of the activated sludge treatment system, and reduce the generation of odor and sludge, thereby helping to reduce the comprehensive cost of system operation. In order to verify the application effect of biocatalyst in the treatment of liquor-making wastewater, experiments were carried out on a small-scale experimental device. The experiments focused on whether the biocatalyst would have negative impacts on sludge activity, and the effects of the biocatalyst on sludge reduction and decontamination efficiency. The study results can provide reference for subsequent engineering application of biocatalysts, and for future promotion of biocatalysts in liquor-making wastewater treatment.
