摘 要:应用近红外光谱技术测定养生酒中酒精度,得到养生酒中酒精度的快速检测技术,将偏最小二乘法(PLS)与傅立叶变换近红外光谱法(NIRS)相结合,建立养生酒酒精度的快速定量分析模型,并以该模型对未知养生酒样品的酒精度含量进行预测,验证模型的可靠性。通过标准归一化预处理光谱,光谱范围选择8519.97~8361.83 cm^(-1)、6429.51~6178.81 cm^(-1)、4890.59~4813.45 cm^(-1),主因子数为7,得到模型的内部交互验证相关系数(R)为0.9994,交互验证均方差(RMSECV)为0.163;模型的预测值与实测值的相关系数为0.9986,预测标准偏差(RMSEP)为0.175。结果表明,模型的预测效果很好,具有较高的精密度和良好的稳定性,能满足生产中养生酒酒精度的快速检测要求。In this study, near-infrared spectroscopy was used for rapid determination of alcohol content in healthcare liqueur. A quantitative analysis model was established based on partial least square method and Fourier transform near-infrared spectroscopy. Then the model was used to predict the alcohol content of an unknown healthcare liqueur sample to verify its reliability. Through the standard normal variate preprocessing, the spectra ranges of 8519.97 cm^(-1) to 8361.83 cm^(-1), 6429.51 cm^(-1) to 6178.81 cm^(-1), and 4890.59 cm^(-1) to4813.45 cm^(-1) were selected, and the number of the main factors was 7. The correlation coefficient(R) of the model was 0.9994, and the root mean square error of cross validation(RMSECV) was 0.163. The correlation coefficient of the predicted value and the tested value was 0.9986, and the root mean square error of prediction(RMSEP) was 0.175. The results showed that the model had good prediction performance, high precision and high stability, and could meet the requirements for rapid determination of alcohol content in healthcare liqueur in production practice.
