摘　　要：在多民族国家,民族认同与国家认同往往不能统一,西方的多元文化政策同样没能很好地处理二者的关系。通过梳理文献,回顾学界关于民族认同与国家认同关系的观点,分析我国民族问题解决和西方各国多元文化政策推行存在的问题,基于宪法爱国主义审视民族认同与国家认同矛盾的根本焦点,以期探索出加强国家认同、同时保护少数族裔权利的可期路径。In multi-ethnic countries,ethnic identity and identity national are often inconsistent;likewise,the multiculturalism policy in the west fails to deal with the relationship between them.By reviewing academic views about the relationship between ethnic identity and national identity,this paper analyzes the ethnic problems and the problems existing in implementing the western multicultural policy in our country,examines the root contradiction between the two based on the constitutional patriotism,and explores the ways of strengthening the national identity and protecting the rights of ethnic minorities.
